Returns for Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if we made an error with the print, design, size, or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to resolve the issue by offering a replacement at no additional cost to you. To ensure a smooth process, please provide us with your order number and clear photos of the damage or error.
Non-Damaged Products:
As all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for non-damaged or non-defective items. This includes cases where a customer changes their mind about the product, or no longer wants it after receiving the order.
Exchanges:
We do not process exchanges for incorrectly chosen sizes, colors, or designs as our products are all custom-made to order.
Refunds:
Refunds are available only for products that are damaged, defective, or if an error was made on our part. If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Customer Responsibility:
We encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing, as returns and exchanges for non-damaged items are generally not accepted.
